He meets sea first time at 8 years old, on board of Optimist and begins attending some introduction trainings of sailing at “club nautico di Cesenatico”.

Then he learns to handle “420” and then he moves to wind surf.

As he attends engineer at University of Bologna, he neglects any sailing activities, but an opportunity comes back in the last two years before taking degree.

In summer time he had some chance to work in touristic villages as saling trainer for Laser and Trident.

This working experience lights again his wish to travel on the sea and especiall to travel by sailing.

In 2001, he gets a nautical licence and moves to milano for business. It begins an activity to arrange week ends and vacations on a sailing boat with friends.

All those experiences, together to different trainings at sailing school “VelaMare Club” in Sardegna, first as student and then as trainer, increase more and more such passion and the need to travel to explore.

He joined several sailing races, among which Rolex Middle Sea Race and Barcolana, he likes saling to discover the world and share an emotional life with friends.

Cristian currently works in Milano as Account Manager in Sterling Commerce.
